I requested 12 bottles of 1 complement. Two nights later I obtained a partial delivery notice. They delivered only 4 containers and set 8 on back-order. Observe that nowhere throughout the checkout procedure they worried telling me the item I had been purchasing, actually, was out-of-inventory. It got them TWO times to do this. They never requested my verification for that partial delivery. I'd have terminated the entire purchase easily had recognized. I'd limited-time for cargo to reach and any wait was undesirable for me personally.

The client service wasn't prepared to correct their problem. I recommended they delivered the rest of the containers with a courier or delivered to my new handle, but obtained "NO" response to both plans. I increased towards the supervisor. Although speaking with me, the supervisor terminated the remaining of the purchase WITHOUT requesting my verification! Again, in the place of suggesting options, he explained "NO" to all my my efforts to resolve the issue THEY triggered! Along with it, he'd to determine just how to return the delivery expense linked to the terminated part of the purchase.

The delivery cost is CRAZY! Although others (like iHerb) cost fixed-price per purchase ($4 for USPS or $12 for FEDEX), LuckyVitamin "offsets" their "low" costs by tearing us down with inflated shipping costs.

The delivery is extremely sluggish: I currently receved my purchase from different organization, that we positioned three times following this one, but LuckyVitaminis purchase hasn't appeared. Another organization employed exactly the same delivery process.
