Playing purchase up

It isn't the very first time that Kohl's messes up my purchase. I requested Skinny Jeans for my spouse in dimensions 34-29. The trousers had 34-29 everywhere aside from the interior solution which stated size 40. It was a dadis time present which today he wont get. I'll return it towards the shop for my reimbursement. I also recently requested a swimming-tee-shirt for my spouse/dadis time present and later obtained a contact the purchase was terminated. I named customer support and also the woman that assisted me requested a different one for me personally. Following day, I get another mail stating THAT purchase was terminated aswell. The client service representative. Didn't take some time to analyze them. If she did, she'd discover the product was stopped or on back-order. Lastly, I did so purchase another swimming top for my spouse for dadis evening plus they were good enough to cover fast delivery at free. When I stated at first, not the very first time they screw up my purchase. I want they'd obtain work together!
