Steph's Bags I ordered 9 days ago, promised 1-5 days delivery, my credit card was charged, no bags, unreturned phone call, unreturned email, 2nd email stated she has not even sent them yet

I ordered two sets of cornhole bags 9 days ago, promised 1-5 days delivery, my credit card was charged, no bags, unreturned phone call, unreturned email, 2nd email stated she has not even sent them yet.
I told her in email "ok, no response to my previous e-mail, no returned phone call... I seriously hope u try and satisfy your customer... Like another two sets?"
her reply: 1-5 business days is the time it takes to arrive once shipped. These can ship tomorrow and arrive by Friday or Saturday if you would like.
My reply: i ordered them last sunday!
Her reply: I can ship these tomorrow and they arrive friday or saturday but I cannot ship you two free sets.
My reply: you mean to tell me that you have not shipped them yet? After my order was placed on August 30??? Absolutely rediculous! If i were you, i would ship two extra sets to avoid bad internet publicity...
Her reply: Orders are 1-5 days for delivery ONCE THEY ARE SHIPPED. If you want your order cancelled I can cancel or I can ship tomorrow and they arrive by Friday or Saturday but I cannot ship two FREE sets to you. The threat you have made is extortion are you aware of that?
My reply: no, it is not extortion, it is called good customer service... I am an angry customer who is not pleased with your false advertisement... Cancel my order immediately please... When i order something 9 days ago and the site claims 1-5 business days, i expect them in that time... You say nothing about waiting around to contact you and complain, then you will send them... Good luck with your business...
Her reply: Your order was set to leave tomorrow I am doing labels now it had nothing to do with waiting on a complaint. What you did is extortion. An unhappy customer most commonly requests shipping charges being refunded. What you have done is threaten to do something to harm the company unless you receive free merchandise in addition to the merchandise purchased. Please read below the excerpts on the law/definition of extortion. The site does not promise the bags to arrive in 1-5 days it says it takes that long to arrive from time of shipment. Again, your order can leave as scheduled tomorrow from USPS and arrive Friday or Saturday with your regular mail service. Do you want this order or do you want it cancelled? My reply: oh wow, i am searching the internet now for your reviews... A lot of dissatisfied customers... Do not contact me ever again...
