I ordered Cornhole Bags from Steph's Bags and had the same experience as the other peolple filing reports at "RIP-OFF" had.

Place order; received e-mail confimation with tracking USPS#; will deliver in 1-5 days. Credit Card had been charged. After 10 days I had not received the bags; tried to e-mail and call the "cell" phone# on the website; no replies. After 10 more days I decided to see what I could do to get my money back.

I did an internet search and found many complaints against the company mostly for not sending orders; also 40 reports at BBB of Central and Eastern KY's website! Should have done this before I ordered!

Called Visa to see what could be done; filed a dispute; Visa took all the information and put payment on hold, but told me to try contacting Steph's Bags one more time. So I sent my 4th e-mail, but this time in the subject line I included "contacting the BBB"; I asked for her to contact Vias and authorize a refund. I aslo called the phone #; got voice mail—left a message that I had sent an e-mail and if I did not get a reply today was contacting the BBB.

I had a answer to my e-mail within the hour! Answer went something like... We can ship your bags FedEx and you will receive them by tomorrow.

I realy did not want to spend any more time on this company, but said OK if they arrive tomorrow I will stop the Visa dispute and BBB report.

In my reply e-mail, I had expressed my opinion about her "promises" and that many others had had the same problem with her not shipping after confirmation of a order. She said she was a home-based business with 7000 customers and I should not expect service like a big corporation would give! She said she did not know where my package was, that sometimes when she gets busy orders get lost! Enough said about this business I think. I have the e-mails saved so can prove these statements!

I DID GET THE BAGS THE NEXT DAY! But I will not order from Step's Bags ever again. Next time I will order off of E-bay, do not know why I did not do that in the first place! I have learned—go to Ebay check first or at least do an internet search on a company before placing an order!

I have taken the time to file this complaint even though I recieved the bags. I want others to know what kind of operation Step's Bags is — one of the poorest. You will waste a month trying to get Cornhole Bags that you wanted for a tailgate party two weeks ago!

If you read this and still order, at least you were warned! Or at least now you are aware you can contact your Credit Card Company to file a dispute; also contact the BBB online to file a report. At least you should be able to get your money back!

This company should not be in business! They ruin mail ordering over the Internet for all of us!

Feeling better now that I have warned consumers not to order Corn Hole Bags from Steph's Bags! Time consuming, but worth it!!!:)
