My husband placed our order with Steph's bags on June 6th. We received an email on June 9th stating the bags had shipped. We have yet to receive the bags and it is June 16th. The website promises 1-3 days... YEAH RIGHT! When we sign into our account on Stephsbags.com, it says our bags shipped on the 10th, so why did we get an email on the 9th? I think this lady is running a scam!!! Either she's overwhelmed with orders that she can't fill or she is just taking people's hard earned money! Too many people with the same story! While searching for cornhole bags for my in-laws, I came across steph's bags and they appeared to be a reputable company. I gave my in-laws the info and they actually ordered from her and got their bags the next day, so I thought it would be a good idea for us to order from her. Big mistake! All the positive feedback on her website must be a load of made up crap. My husband almost has our cornhole boards done and we have no bags to play with. Very disappointed in the customer service as well! We have sent 2 emails and I have called and we have gotten no response from either. Her website says emails will be responded to within the hour... BULL*!! I called 2 days ago! I will give her a couple more days before I take further action. I will contact the BBB and also my credit card company to see if I can get the charges removed. I payed $37 for something I still don't have! Please beware when buying from this company! There are too many cornhole sites that are reputable and would love our business!!
