This company debited my account, but has failed to deliver, all attempts to contact them has failed, other reports by individuals are the same order was taken on line, account debited, no delivery

I ordered bicycle parts from this company, no delivery, all attempts to contact them have been negative, others have reported same problem, account is debited with phone number that is disconnected, new number gets no response, goes immediately to full voice mail, cannot leave message. It has been a month plus since placing order... Have gone to bank and filed report and disputed payment
