I tried and tried. Ordered from 'Steph" a few years ago... No problem. Then re-ordered last month (Feb) for a B-Day present... Nothing. Charged for 1-3 day delivery... Nada... Called/email and sent all info... Nothing! Finally recieved this 10 days after order: "I will look into your order asap." then nothing... Then 4 days later: "I cannot locate a package for your order it appears it was marked as shipped but in fact never shipped in error. I will ship your package today to arrive by Friday" Well that was 2 weeks ago! SCAM SCAM SCAM. I called the attorney general of KY as well as the KY dept of revenue. Never heard a word back from "Steph"
