In May I requested a Search Platform rowing body and oars for installment in a kayak from Gary Piantedosi at Piantedosi Oars. At the conclusion of May he nevertheless hadn't delivered my purchase, stating a backorder of components and may not provide approximately delivery time. I requested to stop my purchase and obtain a return. Gary Piantedosi guaranteed to return my income. Since that time I've not obtained my cash back. I have named repeatedly, sent repeatedly to no avail. He dismissed a BBB customer criticism, never answered them. I delivered a professional notice he never actually approved in the postoffice. I submitted a problem using the mother State Attorney General's Workplace and he wont answer their telephone calls both. Our only choice left would be to prosecute him and that I'll be calling an attorney in mother quickly.
