I requested a gown from Nastygal on 12/11 for NYE, After I got the gown it had been of low quality and nothing beats the photos on the site. I quickly delivered the gown that they obtained on 12/17 (I acquired delivery confirmation). I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY CASH BACK!!! Their website claims you will obtain an email confirming they have your returned (I NEVER got a contact) which it'd be prepared in 7 business days, using the lender perhaps getting one more 3-5business days. I've named their customer support point repeatedly and that I obtain a rude reaction from a worker. The very first time I named they stated these were "hectic" and hadnt had the opportunity to approach it. I called again three times without any reaction and delivered 2 emails, they replied towards the first email but dismissed my next mail. I've submitted a state with my lender and that I am wishing to obtain my cash back quickly. This really is absurd! Their insufficient customer support disgusts me specifically for the costs that clients are spending money on their inexpensive music shop apparel. It shouldn't consider this lengthy to approach a reimbursement particularly given that they required the cash out-of my bill so rapidly after I first requested it. This really is robbery! Since though they've their product back and that I have yet to get my income.
