The repetition confirmed my purchase and delivery address. After waiting 14 days the purchase nevertheless didn't appear. I called again and was advised to hold back. I waited & named again. The repetition stated the delivery address was imperfect but guaranteed me it was delivered to the imperfect handle and that I must obtain it.
