Fraudulent charges

I requested a summary of components from Frank. He was delivered a look for $1529.23 prior to the components got requested. I told him that device was down & to let's know of any backorders. I had been educated that anything was available. Ten telephone calls plus one month later no components have been obtained. Our client offered me yet another day-to obtain the components before he'd move elsewhere. Frank decided to Following Day the components straight to my client at Elements Source's cost. Two nights later, my client obtained one-part from 14. I named Bob & advised him to stop the whole purchase & return the cash. He explained okay & eight weeks later I obtained a look for $82 and two more components. He explained another two components were non returnable. The components obtained are appreciated at $781.79, nevertheless I still ask them to since my client purchased elsewhere. I'd prefer to return the 3 products & get a reimbursement of $1447.23. I've delivered letters to Frank & also approached BBB. Frank has overlooked everything & declined to accomplish something.
