Ripoff, dishonest misinforming misleading

Due to being in an area without service, the customer rep. (Candy) offered to suspend my account without charges which I specifically asked about. I was surprised but happy about the news. Hence, why I asked for the rep's name.

Well, I've been getting charged for not having service (suspended). It'd be one thing if I knew about the charge up front but when your reps don't even know what they're talking about and misinforming their clients I would think that any company would fix the problem and accomodate their clients for that.

So I called to see what they could do and after calling the second time since I was put on hold in request to speak to the supervisor it was obvious that TMobile had dumb and dumber as employees.

I'm usually not the one to make judgements but I couldn't get anywhere with the reps. And when I asked for the supervisor, you guessed it, I never did. I suppose this is how you run an unsuccessful/unpopular business because they just lost another customer. So for those of you reading this STAY AWAY FROM TMOBILE!!
