Send me two items when I ordered one, I mailed one back, and they kept my money

I ordered their "Six Star Plus Cutlery" set and near the end of the call, the call was dropped.

I called back and asked them to see if my order was placed. I was assured that it was not and placed an order.

As you have guessed, I received two sets of cheap knives and was billed for both.

I posted a complaint on their website the next day, and over the course of about 2 months, waited for the response. I also tried to call four times. Each time, I waited at a minimum 20 to 70 minutes on the phone before hanging up. I just couldn't take the huge delay. One time it said there were 81 callers ahead of me.

I gave up and sent the 2nd set back in perfect condition - I had not opened them and placed them in a separate box so that the labels would be intact. Cost me $12 bucks!!!

I actually got through to Customer Abuse/Support the next day, and the lady was very rude and angry. She said that I had waited much too long to return the knives and she would put in her report that I "was told not to send the knives and sent them anyway"!!! Incredible - I had already mailed the stupid knives the day before. I asked to talk to her supervisor and was put through to a voice mail, and was never called. I waited all that time waiting for an RMA or something. They said they never got my request!!! Since it was web-based, I don't have an email or anything to back it up!!!

No response from the company, except all this crappy mail offering me more garbage. Some guy from India called me offering to sell me their stupid knife holder also!!! He said he couldn't help me.

Bottom line - they have my second set of knives and my money, and the first set I got is garbage. AMAZING.

I guess I deserve it - buying from the Pocket Fisherman and the man who invented the bald spot remover spray!!! Meanwhile, I'll just set here and try to forget it. (Setitandforgetit..)
