Rip-off!

This comapany is the worst. First of all if your phone gets shut off for any reason you cant get through to thier billing department unless you have someone elses cricket number and the last four digits of thier ss number. Its totally rediculious they do offer payment locations through out pa but unless your phone is not disconnected then you cant pay your bill. I have fought tooth and nail with this company and its nothing but a rip off.

Plus i have sent my payment by mail numerous times only to be told they never recieved it the only way to take care of this situation is you yourself have to come there with the physical check so this is taking away from my time and wasting my gas i strongly suggest to anyone using this company to find a different one!
