Never corrected name on account, and applied my payment to someone elses

My name is Scott. When I went to make my first payment they could'nt find me under my name. Then they used my phone number and come to find out they spelled my name "Scoot Gram" I asked for them to fix it, and they said once it's in the computer you can't fix it. I said well as long as it doesn't cause problems with my account whatever.

So a month later my wife goes to make a payment, and she forgot it was Scoot Gram instead gave my phone number and made the payment. 1 week later I'm told they are going to shut my service down because of no payment. I told them I made a payment, they got back to me and told me my payment was applied to someone elses account. I was MAD but Dawna the salesperson said not a problem it will be fixed but I owed 25 dollars more on my account. I SAID NO i don't the amount I owe every month is 52.97., that I'm not going to pay anymore. She claims that she fixed it.

Well the next month my phone gets shut off even though I payed on time, I had to call them again and the same thing happened its saying i didn't have to make a payment because I made it already.

WELL this month it's been turned off 5 times and is off now and DAWNA says she will call William a representative of Cricket and get the problem fixed. I told. Her that my sons birthday is coming up next week that I was going to get him and my wife a phone also my internet and get rid of my landline altogether, but now since I've had so many problems with their mess up because they put a payment on someone elses account then mine I DONT THINK SO unless they make this right. Dawna told me I would here from them today and never heard from her. To talk to someone from the customer service department is impossible. I was on my cell phone with customer service and drove down to Cricket and let them see how long I was onhold it was 47 MINUTES. I told her it's this way all the time. What a headache!!!
