SuperMedia
Breaking Contract Impossible after term ends

Shops, Products, Services

Read the fine print, then don't believe it all. They are just interested in locking in a new contract. The sales person makes all sorts of promises. Don't believe them. It is just a scheme to lock in a money source. The fine print has them automatically extending the contract monthly after that. You will spend more than you plan to.

The contract says to send written letter to end the contract, but somehow that does not end the contract. Maybe they lose the piece of paper. They ignore emails. They do not return calls.

They continue to "service" and bill companies that have closed well beyond the date of closure, then seek money through collections agencies. Does a reputable service do business blindly with non-existent businesses? There are much better advertisers out there.
