Company - Alarm sysyem contract

I have been with several alarm companies in the past and I find Deluxe Alarms to be the worse in every way. Their customer service is incredibly ineffective so if you have an issue then you better prepare to wait for weeks for a return phone call or you have to call 100 times. They say one thing to your face and then there is the contrary written deep in the contract fine print... Don't trust them... Read the contract. At the end of our 3 year monitoring contract they tried to extort money from us by charging more that $500.00 to have the equipment stay in our house. I have never heard of this before from any of the other alarm companies. The bottom line is I DO NOT recommend this company. Go with the more reputable company like ADT.
