Support reps drop calls and never return supervisor requests

Our last encounter with Bud's Gunshop was different from a couple of years back. Customer support reps deliberately drop calls, and when you ask to be transferred to a supervisor, they drop the call or never call back. This isn't just my experience; other customers have told me the same thing.

Buds Gunshop just lost another customer, since I won't be buying anything from them again. We have enough liars in government already; we don't need the same kind of conduct from gun sellers. They should be on our side, and we need to be able to trust them.
