Rip-off! Via credit card credit protection

I spoke to an upper management supervisor of the internal recovery department and was told the bill had gone to collection and they would not respond to my questions or complaints. We have sent your bill to collections and we are not going to break our contract with OSI. You will have to deal with them if your want to pay your bill I tried repeatedly called OIS and could never get through to them.

You will have to deal with them directly if your want to pay your bill your real complaint is with Credit Protector you will have to deal with them, not us

Last January I contacted CITI and Credit Protector (after making a $3000 payment) and informed them that I was going out of state and into the hospital for an operation. I was told not to worry they would be sending me some paperwork and everything would be fine.in July I returned to WA State to a barrage of CITI paper work claiming I had not paid my bill. I should also note here that I never received any paper work from OSI collection or Credit Protector. I again Talked to CITI today and was told that they have receive my account back from OSI and they would again be handling the collections but they did not want to listen to any of my complaints and would not let me talk to a supervisor

It boils down to this.
1. Credit Protector, a company owned by CITI, Did not deliver any of the services I paid for.in fact, when I talked to them in July they denied ever talking to me. I want CITI to refund all the fees they charged to my account for this service I did not receive.

2. I have been charged with interest and late fees (from Jan) associated with not paying my bill. I had their Credit Protector service attached to my account. I don't believe I should have to pay any of these fees because their companies incompetence.

3. I would be more then happy to pay off the whole bill if they would at least meet my half way but they are not will to even discuses this problem with me
