CIC Credit Monitoring
30 Day Free Trial with no way to discontinue service Internet

I have recently received my free credit report with a free trial 30 day program. I have no further info on the progam and the only reason I know it is by CIC Monitoring is because of the recent charges to the card that I used because it was required to finish the process. My intentions were to receive my repot and review the info the was supposed to be emailed or mailed to me and then make a decison on whether or not to keep the service. I never received any info on this organization and I am being billed 9.95 a month for services.

I also did the same for my husband and he has not received and correspondence and is being billed as well. I have not been able to find contact info anywhere. I have tried internet search as well as phone search and I am unable to find any contact info for this alleged company.in my research I have found several victims of this same or similar companies. It seems that nearly every website offering Free credit reports is tied to CIC or a similar org.

I believe that it is my fault that I did not further investigate this before the 30 day trial expired, but noe I am becoming extremly angry that I cannot contact anyone on this matter. I have contacted Freecreditreport.com (the site i applied on) and noone there seems to know anything more than you must submit for the 30day trial to receive the report. My bank has not reversed the charges but has told me that numerous consumers have complained about this or similar services.
