Citi Cards Credit Protector is Fake Scam - credit protector services

I enrolled into this citi credit protector scheme 1 year back. I was paying regular payments. I thought i was being protected by citi credit protector all these days. Last Month, I lost my job and I tried to activate my benefits on my card using citi credit protector scheme. But the customer service informed that I am not eligible to activate the benefit. I requested her couple of times and she said that she cannot help me in this regard. I paid my money for credit protector for 1 full year. This is a bull shit scheme from Citi cards aimed at looting money from customers. This scheme does not serve the actual purpose... I hope more and more customers will be abandoning this company because of this credit protector scheme. I decided to pay all my outstanding balances on my cards and I will promote to my friends about this credit protector scam so that they can save their money and themselves from such schemes... Very bad customer service and very bad... One of the Cheap company I have ever experienced in my life... Friends, please beware of this credit protector scheme...
