Up to last May, I had a 5-line family plan with T-mobile.

I wanted to add a 6th line, and BEFORE I ordered any changes, I consulted with THREE different T-mobile agents. The agents explained that their family plans only supports five lines and that the solution would be to split my
business in two accounts.

The THREE agents agreed that my combined two bills would show a base increase of $30.00 (This is $10.00 for the additional line, plus $20.00 for the Data plan). This is exactly what it would be for adding a line to the Family plan, without splitting the account. Based on THREE agents words, I ordered the addition of the 6th line.

Problem is that my bills increased by about $80.00 (instead of $30.00.) I am now stuck in a 2-year contract.

I wrote a couple of letters to T-mobile and they, shamelessly and negligently, reply itemizing the bills. They do not even
address the basic fact that I ordered the change based on misleading and/or false promises from THREE T-mobile agents. I feel Im being RIPOFF by T-mobile.
