San Diego Boat Electric.com Did not abide by contract and doubled the billing then took me to Small Claims Court

Greg Moore contracted with my company for plumbing repairs aboard a marine vessel. Not only did he take two weeks to complete a job he estimated at 2 days, but he doubled the invoice lying about the cost of materials and his time. (even though we had a contract) When I refused to pay the bill, twice what we agreed, he then sued me in Small Claims Court.

Next, his work leaked! I had to repair his work which cost me more money.

We settled out of court, and again he tried to rip me off for more money, claiming he didn't receive my check when he had already cashed it!!
