I contracted JV Creative Media, Ltd / Josh Arzy to do sub contract work for me. We agreed on 17.50 an hour. After a couple days he needed gas money and I gave him 200.00 to help him out. He wanted more hours and I told him I would try to work something out with him but we never agreed on anything. I kept asking him for his hours so I could pay him. He would never give them to me and said I owed him a lot more thatn what we agreed on. He only worked for me for two weeks. He tried to take me to small claims court and I went to the hearing. The court agreed as did Josh that I only owed him the hours he worked at 17.50 an hour. He submitted his time to me and I paid him in full. During this time Josh contacted all my customers which he had never done business with and tried to do business with them directly. He also found out what software program I was using and started using it.in other words he basically came into my company and tried to take everything I have taken years to do. He has no certifications and says he has three employees which he does not have. He also is on Angies list which is ridiculous. He has a little friend that drives everywhere with him and also who confronted me at the courthouse unbe knowing to him that I ha a sherriff parked right next to me and saw his outrageous behavior and wanted me to file charges against him. Josh Arzy is a total ripoff and he will take advantage of you and or your company for what ever its worth. Do not use him. He has no certifications and very little hand on experience.
