Bought a double recliner that was a piece of junk. Could get no satisfaction from their customer service so took them to small claims court and won.

Keep good records of date's, time's, who you talked too. If you continue to get no results file a small claims it will cost you a little money but it is well worth it. Use their words when you go to court, bring picture's.
