Small Claims Court Won Me a Refund and Court Costs

I had to sue Direct TV in small claims court (twice) to recover money they owed me. After many promises and much time, they refused or continued to delay returning the money they owed. I had to sue them in small claims court. They ended up refunding the money AND paying the court costs.
One word best describes Direct TV customer service employees: arrogant! If they owe you money, and you are right, take them to small claims court.
