Self checkout -
1. Bags are very difficult to open.

2. Employee there to assist customers at self checkout standing there picking her nails and talking to another employee while the customers machine is saying unauthorized item in bagging area while he is trying with difficulty to open a bag to put items in. Happened multiple times while there today.

Other stores have the bags pre-opened by the idle employee and/or have better quality bags that open easily.
