Hefty bags are ripping - Hefty Cinch Saks odor block unscented 100

I bought a box of 100 hefty bags and down to the last 25 bags, when I pull them out to open them, they are glued together and when I pull them apart to open them, they rip and make holes in the sides and some of the bags rip the tie part and make it hard to tie up the bags when they are ripped.
