If you think its bad to shop at Home Depot imagine working for the company. My friend and I have been working at HD for 3 miserable years. We have no help on the floor. The manager is a egotistical, self absorbed, image infatuated, bauble headed freak that can't see past the end of his nose because its so far up Goodrich's ass. (He's the district manager) Plus the pay and hours Sucks so hard that it leaves a mark. Right on my wallet.

We are constaintly made to work over night to get ready for visits from dms and vp that were never coming in the first place. We have a moron human resource manager who was put into her position against company policys because she is friends with one of the VPs. She has no training or common sence. On top of that she has the personality of a heavily experimated on, mutated lab rat.

HD has a way of hireing its called sales adjusted hours. The more we sell the more people on the floor. Bridgwater II home depot 0962 is 800 hours per week under staffed. Thats 20 full time employees. Can you feel our pain?

The next time you are at a store please know that the floor assotiats and department heads don't like it the way it is but upper management, atlanta HQ, and Bob Nardeli seem to like it that way. Yell at them not us we are on your side.
