Home time, flaging for home time, Pay, sitting for hours if not days

My Husband worked for Melton for a short time. When he flagged to come home his Driver Manager would have him sit for days. Would not keep him moving. This same Driver Manager would never get him loads into Michigan. When he flagged to come home his checks would go down to 200.00 for that week if not less then. My husband asked to be moved to another driver manager and nothing was done about this. Recently my husband flagged to come home for a four day long weekend. He then flagged to come home in another two weeks for my birthday. He delivered his last load near Michigan and started for home on his 4 day long weekend and his driver manager called him and said where are you? My husband informed him that he was home on his 4 days. The DM said you were not authorized for that. My husband said what do you mean? The DM said well I cancelled your home time because you can not have two flags in at the same time. Well WTH is with that??? My husband can not come home??? My husband has stayed out for two months at a time. He had the days to come home and he wasn't "allowed" to come home? This DM can just cancel home time without saying anything to the driver??? What is up with that??? The Drivers can not plan things in advance with their families. We found out the drivers can only have one flag in at a time and they need to be in two weeks in advance. How can a family plan things around that? Very hard! They can not keep their drivers moving!!! They can not get their drivers home for their home time when they want. I am very disappointed with Melton for all their Broken Promises!
