Deceptive practices

This company is called a bottom feeder company by most of their drivers. Most will tell you that they are there because no other company will hire them. I worked there for 4 1/2 months. I appreciate the experience because i found out there was truly a company that was uninterested in keeping drivers and must actually be a secret experiment to see how bad you can treat a driver and how long they will put up with it!
I could only average 1800 miles per week. Per diem was the reason i stayed so long. I stayed at my previous employeer for over 10 years.

They expect you to furnish your own broom to clean the trailers with. Plus you don't get paid to clean them. That's your job.
If you get paid the sign on bonus, they deduct it from your check when you quit.
Can't idle over 25% of the time, no matter how hot while you sit waiting on loads. 1 to 3 days.
You are expected to spend your time getting trailers repaired, regardless how you aquired it, for free!
You are constantly having to relay good loads to special drivers! Try to get home on time, i got home on time 3 times after argueing constantly! They will relay you and send you away from home if at all possible. No matter how close you are. Since you don"t get paid to go home. If you have elogs they will monitor your hours and demand you do another load that will delay you getting home.

If you're a bad driver or can't find a job anywhere else, by all means try them. At least you'll have a place to sleep.
There are a few decent people at this company, just not the ones that matter. And I truly feel sorry for the investment group that bought this company. They are wasting their money!!! Or maybe they are a company that needs to dump money for tax purposes. Who knows?
Also i have records for working here. Every pay stub and every load details.
