The owner said my wood floors would come out beautiful. After his employees did the floors, they said I should not use the sandless method, wood floors need sanding. If the owner told me that I wouldn't have used him.
He said his work was guaranteed but he never showed up for the follow up appointment or did the carpentry work that he said he was going to do.
I tried to save money. What a mistake!
