Don't Ruin Your Floors with Mr. Sandless

I had Mr. Sandless refinish my hardwood floors. After doing a sloppy job, I was not satisfied with the job. Dirt and dust bunnies were permantly enbedded in the finish. Also, the finish didn't extend to the edges of the floor. I was told they would return to fix the problem. Of course they never came back to fix the problem. After several attempts to contact them, I called Mr. Sandless corporate office. I was told Mr. Wolfe was no longer a francise owner. The only thing they could do is notify another francisee to see if they would fix the problem without payment. Of course no other francisee called. Mr. Sandless corporate does not stand behind any of their workers.

Now one year later my floors look much worse than before. The finish is hazy and dull. I used only their cleaning products on the floor. At this point, I'm looking for something that would remove this mess from my floor without re-sanding. I would be grateful for anyone with advice on how to remove Mr. Sandless finish.
