I wish I would have seen the other complaints before I hired Mr. Sandless of Elkton Maryland to refinishing my wood floors. This does not work as advertised, it is a fraud, a ripoff and any other negative word you want to use. After 4 hours of work it looked like someone had just put a coat of wax on the floors. I do not know how they do the before and after pictures, but it is a big waist of your money. I might as well taken a $1,000 bill and set it on fire. If I can help someone else from making the some mistake, that will be fine. I do not know haow this company that is franchise all over the county can still be in business. Their headquarters is out of PA.
