Its a WASTE of money

I have 52 year old floors that lived under carpets for a long time. I started researching Mr. Sandless and was really hopeful that they could take care of my floors without the hassle of sanding, and for a lot less. My living room was in pretty bad shape and the work they did involving scraping the polyurethane off did initially make it look better. The employee kept making comments as to how proud he was and how he really didnt think it would work.

Well by the next morning all the water spots and stains started showing again. Not to mention the bedrooms and hallway were just a shiny version of what they were before. We spent $1000 and the worst part is a proper sanding and refinishing is only $1700. I have tried to email and call the company and I have yet to hear a response. They said their first priority was to make the customer happy and get a good review. Well I have a large mouth, and I will tell everyone and every sight, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Unless your floors are in perfect condition.

Also, another refinishing company had told me that the solution they use damages the wood and we will have to have the floor neutrilized so that is excepts the stain. Sean, if you read this. Please return my call!
