Incompetence!

I ordered one item (wine rack) from Touch of Class. When I received it, there was an additional box, which I thought odd. When I opened the box it included window valances and pillows (approx. $565). I contacted the company immediately and shipped the items back ASAP. They have failed to credit my card as quickly as they charged it. It has been 5 days since they recieved the returns and they still have not credited my account. I of course will dispute the charge but their incompetence has cost me time and money. I will never order from them again!
