I have spent a lot of money with touch of class home furnishings, and have never been disappointed this anything i recieved from them until now. I ordered s rug online, the rug i recieved looked nothing like the rug i recieved via fed ex, the shipping was free. I called touch of class and they said i would have to incur the cost of sending rug back, they refused to mail me a postage pasge, or rather fed ex prepaid label. They also suggested i take pictures of the rug and send to them, i do not own a cell phone or camera at this time, and refused to go to the troublre of buying one for there pictures. The online site of touch of class home furnishings picture and description of the rug i ordered satated it was 100 percent hand made in chine, was one half. 05 thick, had vinging florals, ets. The rug i recieved looked like an indoor outdoor rug, the blossoms were gigantic, 2 to be exact, looked totally different then the picture, regardless of size of rug, looked nothing like online picture, i consequentlr closed my credit card, unless they send me a prepaid slip to sent back with fed, or through via postal service they will not get paid. They poqwers of the mind that sit in there executive offices and made the decision, that this is iall in my head, and the company is right by not paying return shipping is wrong. So much for the little guy, right? Well, theyy will not get paid, bottom line. As much business i have done with them in the last two years, accounts for nothin, right, well. They are wrong, thinking of turning them in to the better business bureau, i even told them to pick the rug up themself, they are in indiana.
