Is a ripoff! Do not order from them! Ripoff no refund, shipped incorrect items, scmmers scam won't return my money

I ordered from classiccloseouts.com back in aug 05. I ordered a few mosaic glass vases and candle holders, along with a glass spice rack set. Whne I got the package, I was amazed that all of the items were not broken, as there was NO PACKAGING MATERIALS IN THIS BOX!!! I ordered all glass items!!! They were each in very thin cardboard boxes, not enough to protect them in shipping! Well, all my vases & candle holders were ok, but my spice rack containers were completely shattered. I contacted the compnay via email and they told me to return the damaged item and once they received it back, they would credit me for the cost of the item PLUS my return shipping back to them since the item was broken. So, I shipped it back to them immediately, with delivery confirmation. It arrived to them in about 3 days, and it is now Jan 06 and NO REFUND YET! The spice rack was 10.99 and my return shipping was about $10, so they owe me a whopping $20!!! Can you believe they have not refunded me yet??? I have contacted the BBB to no avail! I am still waiting on the refund that will probably never come and they keep emailing me a canned response saying that their returns department has been having some minor delays. MINOR??? 6 months is minor??? You guys are idiots! Do not waste your time with these SCAMMERS! I hope you go under classiccloseouts.com!!!
