Dianne Knight pays the first month's rent with a cheque, but will not pay the second month's rent. She pays with cash on a schedule and deducts from the amount owed the landlord. She destroys the house with her baking soda and brings in drunken men to do the property management, a great risk if you don't have insurance for renovators. Also, her drunken man urinated in the backyard around 2 pm in the afternoon, even though there were 2 toilets indoors.

She said that she is very, very ill and will not allow cell phones in the house and special solvents need to be used to clean your clothes before entrance. That is only if you are looking for your cheque.
