Mci worldcom wireless: my phone is an at&t phone but billed mci

I was contacted by a gentleman stating that my husband was approved for 3 free cell phones.

I would have night and weekends free and 200 free anytime minutes. My husband and i have poor credit and saw an opportunity to have a cell phone which we needed for no deposit.

We agreed for 2 cell phones. They stated that it would be 39.99 a month on each phone. We agreed.

We finally got the phones and started using them. We then got a bill for the activation fee on each phone.

The amount was 27.94. It has now been over a month since the last bill and we have not received any others.

Our phones are constantly roaming when they stated that we were in a service area.

I am now worried after reading all these problems that i will get charged for them and won't be able to do anything about it.

When we turn on our phones it says "welcome to at&t". I now have no idea what is going on with this company.

Hopefully they have changed since this has all happened. I highly doubt it though.
