Beware of this listing on craigslist phoenix. This place is unfit living conditons. Ant infested, holes in the walls to the outside that allows bugs to enter, no heat (land lady said to open the oven door for heat), shower head is broken so when you turn shower on you face the possibility of cutting your hand, no cool water in the shower.

We moved in there and needed to move out due to all of the conditions after i had paid the rent and linda would not refund any of our money at all. So i believe that she does this over and over knowing full well the place is unlivable and collects peoples money over and over.
