Put a data plan on my phone when I do not need one. Changed my phone to a smart phone when I bought it 3 years ago it didnt have to have a data plan except for txtg. Now they charge $25 for required

I have used At&t for 15 years. I bought a samsung blackjack 3 years ago and the only plan it required was to have a txtg package. Now they are charging me $25 a month saying i have a smart phone. Also, every month they put a $2.00 data usage charge on all four of my phones saying we use 1 mb of data every month. We Do Not. I am tired of them sticking me with charges and I have to call and argue every month to tell them I did not use the services they are putting on my bill every month.

I dont appreciate them changing their mind on my phone type and saying that they now consider my samsung blackjact a smart phone when at the time i bought it, it was just a phone. I am tired of haggling every month. They shouldnt be able to stick charges on your phone and change your plan when they feel like it.
