Please beware of buying phones from this company Laurel maryland

I bought a cell phone from this company on feb. 23rd of this year my plan i thought included unlimited data turned out to be pay per kb so when i went away on a business trip and came home on the 26th i found that my bill was 400 dollars due to the data usage ok my fault. That same night i switched over to an unlimited data plan which was 44.99.

On march 29th i received a message from verizon saying that my bill was now 11,000 dollars due to the data usage how could that be if i changed over almost a month ago to unlimited data so i checked my plan on my phone and low and behold it says that i have unlimited data. I wrote to verizon wireless about this at first no response so i contacted better business bureau and then i was contacted by a representative named karen and she stated in email that i was paying for an unlimited data plan and that she was crediting my account for 307.00 dollars but what about for the rest of the bill if your saying i don't owe what you have on the bill and you credited my account how could i still owe 10,000 dollars. I still have the email sent to me and after the credit they gave me the past due balance was 58.09 i paid that on april 1st now they have sent me a letter threatening to shut my phone off if i don't pay 10,000 dollars that i do not owe and i will not pay it.

I hope someone on here reads this that can maybe help me with this situation cause it is ridiculous for a company to charge someone 10,000 dollars for one month of service. Something needs to be done i hope as many people as possible reads this and does not buy phones from verizon. Thank you
