Ripped me off $500 just because their billing cycle is closed

I have been with T-mobile 6 years. I have always used their mobile to mobile free minutes to talk with friends. My habits has been pretty consistant.

One of my friend changed service provider from T-mobile to AT&T. All the minutes we used showed charges on my monthly auto pay. I didn't find it until it is close to due date.

I called and was told their system is not able to make adjustment because their billing cycle is closed.

Number One, they have terrible service level to detect anything abnormal behavior from a loyal customer and inform him/her. Normally I will get a call from credit card company if they found out something outside of the routine. No validation!!!

Number Two, I had no intention to spend $500 just talking to friends. It is against my willing. T-mobile wouldn't be able to fix it just because they closed their billing cycle. What is the reflection of their rigid system and management? They do not care about their customers!!!
