I purchased a voucher to the above company and wanted to share my experience. I made my first (of six) appointments and as I was waiting my turn the laser broke and they sent us all home with rescheduled appointments. Technical difficulties are expected, but I received a call explaining that there was a mixup with my rescheduled appointment because the technician was away at a conference. They did offer me the option to come into the office on a Sunday when the tech returned home so I went. Annoyed, but willing to overlook it as they seemed to be going out of their way to make it up to me.

The next few appointments were just as disappointing. There was a new front desk clerk each visit who didn't know what they were doing, they were "switching systems" and couldn't schedule or confirm any appointments and I started getting spam emails from them stating that they had me scheduled for a different body area and that I was going to be charged $175 for my visit.
I even saw different technicians each time I went which didn't help matters either. They all differed in their opinions and instructions and I never felt comfortable with any of them.
The location itself also made me uncomfortable. It's a converted garage behind a house in a residential area.inside was small and cramped and not up to speed with temperature control.

The most recent desk clerk (as well as one of the technicians) was at least knowledgeable but not strongly suited in customer service. I was talked down to about not following instructions that were given to me almost a year ago and when I asked questions of the clerk I got very defensive answers that always started with "Like I told you..."

In short, I'm glad to be done with the 6 visits I paid for but would never go back nor recommend this merchant to anyone else.
