I moved three weeks ago and have been trying to get my service transferred now for over three weeks. I have been hung up on. Told "well maybe if you read you can see the terms and conditions for the move showing the fee" etc. No one will help me. I'm paying for a service and being treated like dirt. I have had to call Directv almost every month for problems with billing etc. All i want is to get the cable I'm paying for transferred so I can receive the service I'm paying for! I have looked on every terms & conditions and there are no fees shown. I have every documents showing nothing about a moving fee. I keep getting the run around and every rep tells me something completely different.
