No returns and terrible customer service

I purchased some holiday arrangements fourteen days before. Obviously we over purchased. I visited return the additional products but I'd dropped the bill. Cashier stated no results with no bill, not really for store credit. I really couldnot obtain a supervisor available to consult with me. I tried calling the organization workplace and can't get live person about the telephone. You-can't actually contact the shop and obtain a live person. I'd to email customer support, and after several backwards and forwards emails, they'dnot help me. So that they cannot pull-up receipts by charge card, no results with no bills, can not keep in touch with a live individual or a person with any expert. All of this means a missing client for a lifetime. How are they running a business? Maybe they will not be considerably longer...
