I visited Garden Form nowadays to come back an image and little arrangement of synthetic plants that I'd purchased only 2 days before. Both were in excellent situation and that I had the bill. The supervisor, however, declined to return the $3.99 for that blossoms simply because they didn't possess a label having a signal on them (I'm not really sure they'd the label after I purchased them). I agreed to wander towards the back of the shop and obtain the same arrangement to exhibit her they did charge $3.99 as outlined about the bill, but was informed that there is nothing she might do for me personally. No reimbursement, no store credit.

I'm greatly dissatisfied within the steps of the supervisor.
