I had 2 lines the had smart phones, I had the 2 lines and phones for over a year, last month I called Verizon wireless to change the numbers around. I kept the same number but changed phone, I did the same with the other phone, now I'm told by Verizon that I lost the unlimited data plan that I had on the second line. My gripe and I called Verizon about this, is that when I called in to change the numbers they could have told me that I would loose the unlimited data package. They don't care about there customers. They also try to bill ahead, your bill comes in and the next months bill is added on before the due date has come.
