Wireless FRAUD advertised feature -admitted lie Rock Hill

Verizon wireless has billed me for over 1 year for $5 per month for "unlimited pix". However, I have just discovered that my PDA phone (treo 650) requires unlimited internet/data (at $49 per month) to receive pix. (they billed me $79) for the month I didn't have the unlimited data package - all for receiving what was advertised as "unlimited Pix" from another verizon phone.

After going through customer service, they have refused to refund the $79 or the $5 per month. They simple admit that it is false advertising.
